The client for this project, Shareworks by Morgan Stanley, challenged the team with a strategy to infuse company culture globally through the onboarding process and in day-to-day business. Previously Solium, Shareworks continues to transition from a local Calgary company to a global company after being acquired by Morgan Stanley.

Strategy, Implementation and Evaluation Document
The team first conducted a needs assessment in order to understand the company itself, their target audience, the current onboarding process and performance gaps. From there, the team identified desired outcomes and precedence. The following document proposed the solution of implementing culture reps and culture maps.
Interactive Map Prototype In Adobe XD
The interactive map prototype was designed to show the client the possibilities of helping new employees get to know their new workplace in a physical and relational aspect. New employees can get to know what's in the neighbourhood as far as the good parking spots, the best place to grab coffee or a spot to take a walk after work. By adding in a personal touch of recommendations coming from staff that already work at Shareworks, new employees can find opportunities to connect through suggestions that other co-workers have made. The design of this map is can also be analogue in a common space in the workplace.
